SkyCrown Complaints & Legitimacy Check
Published · Updated · 3 min read · By the PlayersReports Editorial Team
SkyCrown advertises heavily to Australian players, so a lot of searches for “SkyCrown complaints” or “is SkyCrown legit” come from Australians checking before they deposit, or after a withdrawal has stalled. This page answers those questions from our full SkyCrown review, using documents we read on 7 and 8 October 2026: SkyCrown’s terms and bonus terms, the Tobique Gaming Commission’s validation page, and two ACMA formal warnings.
What the Public Record Shows
SkyCrown’s footer names Metlait SRL of Costa Rica as its operator under Tobique Gaming Commission licence No. 0000064. The commission’s validation page lists Metlait SRL, www.skycrown.com and the numbered mirror we reached, with the status VALID. Our guide on how to check a casino licence yourself shows how to repeat that check.
The Australian record is less reassuring. On 18 August 2022 the ACMA formally warned Hollycorn N.V., then SkyCrown’s operator, for providing prohibited interactive gambling services to people in Australia through www.skycrown.com. In 2026 the ACMA formally warned Metlait SRL, SkyCrown’s current operator, at the same Costa Rica address, over its Wild Fortune brand. SkyCrown still quotes its figures in Australian dollars on its homepage. Our Australian online casino guide explains why that leaves Australian players with no local protection.
The Terms Behind Most Disputes
AskGamblers and Casino Guru were not reachable from our network, so we do not summarise individual complaints here. SkyCrown’s own terms set out the rules most likely to come up in a dispute:
- Withdrawal caps: A$7,500 a day, A$15,000 a week and A$45,000 a month. Progressive jackpots are exempt.
- Deposit turnover: every deposit must be wagered three times before withdrawal, or SkyCrown may charge a fee or refuse it.
- Bonus terms: 40x wagering on bonus plus free spin winnings, a 14-day expiry, a €2 or €5 maximum bet and a €5,000 cash-out cap per tier. The A$8,000 pack advertised to Australians has no matching published terms.
- Bonus eligibility: players whose withdrawals exceed 70% of deposits, or with “significant balances”, can be excluded from offers.
- Duplicate accounts: a shared address, IP or device counts as a duplicate, with winnings liable to confiscation.
- VPNs: using one to get around geographic restrictions can lead to confiscation of winnings.
The bonus mismatch deserves its own warning, because it is the kind of gap that turns into a dispute later. An Australian visitor sees an A$8,000 welcome pack on the homepage, but the published welcome tiers exclude Australia, New Zealand and Canada by name and point to “another bonus described below” that we could not find. If you claim a bonus on the strength of the banner, you may have no written terms to rely on when the casino applies its own.
Verify your account before you need to withdraw, play each deposit through three times, and get any bonus terms in writing before you opt in.
How to Escalate a Real Dispute With SkyCrown
Start with live chat or email and keep a dated record of every message, including the withdrawal amount, date and method. SkyCrown’s complaints process escalates within its own team first. If that fails, the terms name EGIS, a dispute resolution body operating under Tobique Gaming Commission rules, at [email protected]. Our guide on what to do when a casino won’t pay out covers how to build the evidence file.
Be realistic about the end of the road: the terms send legal disputes to arbitration in Costa Rica, and no Australian regulator can make an offshore operator pay. If you want to file a report here, SkyCrown gets the same process as every operator we cover: we check the details, contact the operator and offer it a right of reply before anything is published. Nobody has filed one for SkyCrown yet. The full SkyCrown review has the scorecard, the bonus arithmetic and the banking rules.

Where a genuine licence would be listed
We could not match SkyCrown to a licence, so there is no regulator to escalate to. These are the public registers where a real one would appear.
- → Curaçao Gaming Authority — licensing and licence register
- → Anjouan Gaming — public licence register
- → PAGCOR — Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation
- → UK Gambling Commission — public register of licence holders

Frequently Asked Questions
Is SkyCrown legit?
SkyCrown holds a valid licence: the Tobique Gaming Commission's validation page lists its operator Metlait SRL, its main domain and the mirror we reached as VALID. But the ACMA formally warned its former operator Hollycorn N.V. in 2022 for serving Australians through skycrown.com, and warned Metlait SRL in 2026 over another brand. We call SkyCrown licensed and operating, with a poor regulatory record in Australia.
What do I do if SkyCrown won't pay out?
Contact support by live chat or email, quote the withdrawal amount, date and method, and keep screenshots of your balance and the terms that applied. If internal escalation fails, the terms name EGIS, a dispute body under Tobique Gaming Commission rules, at [email protected]. You can also file a report with us so the dispute is on the public record.
Why was my SkyCrown bonus or withdrawal refused?
We have not read individual case files. The terms most likely to be cited are the three-times deposit turnover rule, the €2 or €5 maximum bet while a bonus is active, the A$7,500 daily and A$45,000 monthly withdrawal caps, the duplicate-account rules covering shared addresses and devices, and bonus eligibility rules that exclude players whose withdrawals exceed 70% of deposits.
How do I report SkyCrown?
Use the complaint form on our complaints hub, choose SkyCrown and describe the problem with dates and amounts. Before anything is published we contact the operator and offer it a right of reply, and the published report carries a status. No player has filed a SkyCrown report with us yet, so yours would be the first on this page.
