For the rest of Canada, Baytree Interactive Ltd holds Kahnawake Gaming Commission licence 01059, issued in August 2026, and Kahnawake’s permit-holder list names Baytree Interactive Limited against www.spincasino.com. The brand says it launched in 2001 and points to Super Group for corporate information. Kahnawake’s list shows Baytree running more than a dozen sister casinos from the same licence, including JackpotCity, Royal Vegas and Ruby Fortune, so the same terms and processes apply across all of them.

The Terms Behind Most Disputes

We did not review complaint databases for this page. The rest-of-Canada terms contain the clauses most likely to come up in a dispute:

• 6x cap after a bonus. After a welcome bonus, withdrawals can be capped at six times your first deposit, with the rest forfeited, at management’s discretion. Progressive jackpots are exempt.
• €4,000-a-week limit. Players who withdraw five times or more their lifetime deposits across the group can face a play review and a €4,000 weekly limit.
• Euro payouts. The casino can pay winnings in euros whatever your account currency.
• Pending period. Withdrawals sit for 24 hours before processing and can be reversed into your balance if you do not meet withdrawal requirements.
• Irregular play. Equal, zero or low-margin bets and hedge betting during a bonus can lead to withheld withdrawals.
• Inactivity fee. €10 a month is charged after six months without a login, for up to 18 months.

Most of these can be avoided by reading the bonus terms before opting in, verifying your identity early, and logging in regularly.

How to Escalate a Real Dispute With Spin Casino

Start with Player Support and keep a dated record of every message, including the amounts involved, withdrawal dates and the names of agents you spoke to. The terms require you to complete the internal complaint process first. It ends with a Dispute Reference Number, and without that number eCOGRA will not accept the case. With it, you can take the complaint to eCOGRA, and if it still isn’t resolved, to the Kahnawake Gaming Commission.
