JILI Slot Studio: Its Philippine Game List, Checked
Published · Updated · 9 min read · By the PlayersReports Editorial Team
JILI is a games studio that makes slots, fishing games, table games and bingo for online casinos across Asia, with best-known titles such as Super Ace, Fortune Gems and Money Coming. It does not take bets itself: it supplies games to operators, who decide where those games are offered and on what terms. The clearest public record of the studio is a Philippine regulator’s list. PAGCOR has approved 258 JILI games for its licensed gaming venues, 155 of them slots. The clearest gap is on JILI’s own site, where each game page states a maximum win and a volatility label but no return-to-player (RTP) figure. This page sets out what we could verify, what we could not, and what that means for a player who meets a JILI slot in a casino lobby.
A note on sourcing: jiligames.com does not load from the network we research from, so JILI’s own statements below come from archived copies of its pages, dated in the sources list. The PAGCOR lists and the UK register were read directly on 19 October 2026.
What JILI Says About Itself
JILI’s company page describes “a group of well-experienced gaming developers” making “online video slots, bingo, table games, and fishing games”. Its home page puts four numbers in front of operators: 100+ HTML games, 10+ game certifications, 50+ supported currencies and 12+ supported languages. The archived site offered ten language versions, including Chinese, Thai, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Burmese, Japanese and Korean, which fits a studio selling mainly into Asia. The home page’s code also carries a second name, in a hidden heading that reads “TaDa Gaming”, and the site’s images and scripts load from a storage folder named after TaDa. The site does not explain the relationship, and we have not established it.
What the site does not show is a regulator. Its footer has a panel headed “Licenses & Certificates”, but on the copies we read it held only two testing marks: a “Gaming Labs Certified” badge and the BMM Testlabs logo. Neither came with a certificate number or a named game, so all they tell you is that JILI says some of its work has been tested. A lab report covers one version of one game, not every casino that later runs it.
Sales were handled through three Telegram accounts listed on the home page. That is normal enough for a business-to-business supplier in this region, but it is a reminder that the website is aimed at operators, not at you.
The tools JILI pitches to casinos
The home page is frank about what operators buy besides the games. It lists tournaments, “Missions & Rich Card” rewards tailored “according to player’s habits”, a sign-in prize event, “Must Hit By” jackpots that must drop when they reach a target, linked jackpots shared across players, and “AI & Datamining” to “analyze the bets and retention daily” and offer each player favourite games and events. None of this is hidden or unusual in the industry. It is worth knowing anyway: missions, daily sign-in rewards and personalised offers exist to bring you back. If a JILI game in your lobby keeps handing you tasks and streaks, that is the design working as sold.
The Philippine Record: 258 Games on PAGCOR’s List
The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) regulates gambling in the Philippines. Its Electronic Gaming Licensing Department (EGLD) approves the gaming platforms and games that its licensed venues may offer, both on site and through their online platforms for registered players. For each studio it publishes a list of approved games, with a game ID and version number.
JILI’s list is filed under “JILI (I-SLOT GAMING CORPORATION)” and is dated 12 October 2026. We counted every entry:
| Game type on PAGCOR’s list | Approved JILI games |
|---|---|
| Slot | 155 |
| Arcade-type (fishing, crash, mines, plinko and similar) | 43 |
| Table | 40 |
| eBingo | 13 |
| Numeric (keno and similar) | 7 |
| Total | 258 |
PAGCOR’s server also holds an earlier JILI list dated 19 May 2026, no longer linked from the department’s page, which had 217 games. Every one of those is still on the October list, and 41 more have been added: 32 slots, eight arcade-type games and one table game, among them Super Ace Speed, Fortune Garuda 1000 and two Chicken Dash titles. That is a fair picture of how fast the catalogue grows.
The game IDs on PAGCOR’s list match the numbers in JILI’s own game-page addresses. Super Ace is 49 in both places, Fortune Gems 109 and Golden Empire 103, which gives us some confidence that the list and the studio’s catalogue describe the same games.
Two limits matter. First, PAGCOR approval covers games offered by PAGCOR-licensed venues and their registered players. It says nothing about a casino elsewhere that runs JILI games under a different licence, or under no licence you can check. Second, the list does not show RTP, and approval of a game version is not a promise about the settings a particular operator uses. If you want to see how much an operator’s own licence is worth, our guide on how to check a casino licence covers the registers that can be searched.
Other registers we checked
We searched the UK Gambling Commission’s full register of 2,632 gambling businesses for JILI, I-Slot and TaDa and found no entry. Several websites describe JILI as holding other licences, Curaçao among them, but none we saw linked to a register entry, and JILI’s own site does not claim one. We have left those claims out.
What a JILI Game Page Tells You, and What It Leaves Out
Every JILI game page we read has the same panel: maximum win, volatility, game type, special features, paylines and a “Publish Time”. Here is what the archived pages from September 2026 showed for five well-known titles:
| Game | Volatility (JILI’s label) | Max win | Paylines or ways | Listed publish time |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Super Ace | Low-Med | 10,000x | 1,024 ways | 2020.08 |
| Fortune Gems | Low-Med | 375x | 5 lines | 2023.12 |
| Fortune Gems 2 | Med | 10,000x | 5 lines | 2023.12 |
| Golden Empire | Low-Med | 2,000x | 32,400 ways | 2023.12 |
| Money Coming | Low-Med | 10,000x | 1 line | 2023.12 |
The missing column is the important one. None of these pages states an RTP, the long-run share of stakes a game is designed to pay back. Other studios we have covered print one on every game page; our PG Soft profile found a single RTP figure on each of the 131 game pages we could read. With JILI, the volatility label and the max win are the only maths on show, and they are the two numbers least useful for judging the price of a session. Our explainer on slot volatility and RTP covers why the two measure different things.
The “Publish Time” field also needs care. Four of the five games show December 2023, including Fortune Gems, whose sequel shows the same month. That looks more like the date a page was updated than a release date, so do not read it as a game’s age.
Super Ace, Fortune Gems and Money Coming: How the Big Names Work
The descriptions below come from JILI’s own game pages.
Super Ace. A slot with 1,024 ways to win whose description centres on cards and jokers. Winning symbols are eliminated, and consecutive wins build up a multiplier. JILI says the free game’s multipliers are double those of the main game, and that a “Golden Joker” appears after a “Golden Card” has been eliminated. Super Ace has spawned a family on PAGCOR’s list, including Super Ace 2, Super Ace Deluxe, Super Ace Joker, Super Ace Speed and a scratch-card version.
Fortune Gems. A five-line slot with a separate multiplier reel on the right: a line win is multiplied by whatever that reel shows. It is the most modest of the five, with a listed maximum of 375 times the bet. Fortune Gems 2 keeps the layout, adds a Lucky Wheel triggered by scatter symbols and raises the maximum to 10,000x, and its label moves up to “Med”.
Golden Empire. A 32,400-ways slot on which the larger symbols can be eliminated up to four times before they vanish, and a free game in which each removal adds to the multiplier. JILI says that multiplier “is unlimited”, yet the same page lists a maximum win of 2,000x. We cannot tell from the page which statement governs. If it matters to you, the game’s own rules screen at your casino is the place to look.
Money Coming. A single-line game in which numbers on the grid, not matched symbols, decide the prize, with a “special wheel” for extra prizes. JILI’s description encourages players to “elevate your bets” to unlock larger winnings and special effects. A bigger stake makes every result bigger, losses included. It does not change the odds.
The shared design idea is a modest base game with occasional large multipliers. These are the long-tail events behind those 10,000x headlines. Most sessions end without reaching them.
Fishing and Arcade Games Are Still Casino Games
JILI is one of the studios most associated with fishing games, in which you aim at moving targets that each carry a prize value. PAGCOR’s list contains six titles with “fishing” in the name, Jackpot Fishing and Mega Fishing among them. They are filed with the crash, mines, plinko and “go rush” games under one heading, arcade-type, within eCasino games. That is the same game offering as JILI’s slots.
The Jackpot Fishing page shows no volatility label and lists its maximum win simply as “Jackpot”. Its description promises random extra 5x multipliers and leans hard on talk of overnight wealth. Read that as marketing copy. Hitting a target that pays out is a gambling outcome under a prize table the studio sets, and practising your aim does not change that table.
The Table List Is a Map of Markets
JILI’s 40 approved table games are the strongest clue to where it sells. Next to baccarat, blackjack, European roulette and sic bo sit Teen Patti, Andar Bahar and Callbreak, which are card games most associated with South Asia; Tongits Go and Pusoy Go, from the Philippines; Thai HiLo; and, among the arcade-type games, Jogo do Bicho, a Brazilian numbers game. The list does not say where each game is sold. That is our reading of the names. It is still a useful reminder that one studio’s catalogue may be built for many markets at once, and that its presence in your lobby says nothing about whether your casino is licensed where you live.
JILI at the Casinos We Review
Of the casinos we have reviewed, Maxim88 lists Jili among its slot providers, as the table below shows. Studio support can cut the other way, too. When we compared welcome offers at two Malaysian-facing casinos, one operator’s 288% bonus excluded JiLi games from turnover, along with CQ9 and several other regional studios. If JILI is what you plan to play, check the excluded-provider list before you accept a bonus, or you may play through your deposit without moving the wagering requirement at all.
Before You Play a JILI Slot
Four checks tell you more than the studio’s name:
- Check the casino’s licence, not the studio’s. PAGCOR’s list approves JILI games for Philippine-licensed venues. The casino in front of you answers under its own licence, and you should be able to look that licence up.
- Look for the RTP in the game itself. Open the game’s information or rules screen. If it shows no return figure, treat the RTP as unknown. JILI’s own pages will not fill the gap.
- Treat the volatility label and max win as the studio’s description. “Low-Med” is JILI’s word for the game, not a measured result, and a 10,000x maximum describes the top of the paytable, not a likely outcome.
- Decide your limits before the first spin. Set a spending limit and a time limit, and switch off the missions, streaks and sign-in rewards if they keep pulling you back.
Online slots and fishing games are for adults only: 18+, or older where local law sets a higher age. If play has stopped being fun, our responsible gambling resources list free, confidential help in each market we cover, including self-exclusion tools and helplines.
Reviewed casinos that list Jili
Read from our casino data files, ordered by overall score. A studio on a casino's provider list says nothing about that casino's licence, payouts or which version of each game it runs.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is JILI a licensed slot provider?
JILI's own website does not name a regulator or show a licence number on the pages we read. The verifiable record is in the Philippines: PAGCOR's Electronic Gaming Licensing Department publishes a list of 258 JILI games, filed under I-Slot Gaming Corporation, approved for its licensed gaming venues as of 12 October 2026. We found no JILI entry in the UK Gambling Commission's register of gambling businesses.
What is the RTP of JILI slots?
JILI does not say on its game pages. The archived pages we read for Super Ace, Fortune Gems, Fortune Gems 2, Golden Empire and Money Coming list a maximum win, a volatility label, paylines and features, but no return-to-player figure. If a casino's game information screen does not show one either, treat the RTP as unknown rather than assuming a typical figure.
Is Super Ace a high volatility slot?
JILI labels Super Ace 'Low-Med' on its own game page, with 1,024 ways to win and a maximum win of 10,000 times the bet. That label is the studio's description, not an independent measurement, and a low-to-medium game can still lose a whole budget in one session. JILI publishes no RTP for it, so you cannot set the label against a stated return.
Are JILI fishing games a game of skill?
Treat them as gambling. PAGCOR's list files JILI's fishing titles, such as Jackpot Fishing and Mega Fishing, under eCasino games with the type 'arcade-type', the same game offering as its slots. Aiming at targets does not turn a game with a house-set prize table into a contest you can master, and JILI publishes no return figure for these games either.
Why do some casino bonuses exclude JILI games?
Each casino sets its own bonus terms, and some list studios whose games do not count towards turnover. In our comparison of two Malaysian-facing casinos, one 288% welcome offer excluded JiLi slots by name. Always read the excluded-provider list before you accept a bonus, because playing an excluded studio's games can leave the wagering requirement untouched.
